早產兒

有機會面對的心理及情緒問題

自閉症可能在早產兒18個月時出現以下徵狀

  • 不願意眼神接觸

  • 不願意用手指指出想要的東西

  • 不善於給予指示

  • 叫他的名字時都沒有回應

  • 語言遲緩

​

同時,患有自閉症的小孩

  • 喜歡重覆性行為

  • 有特殊的喜好,特別喜歡數目字/英文字,會經常玩某一架玩具車/地鐵等

  • 視覺記憶特別強

  • 經常出現固執性行為

  • ​部份人感官失調, 會對光線/聲音敏感而作出強烈反應
     

因此父母要加強觀察,有懷疑就必須要尋求專業意見,以免延遲治療 ◦

​過度活躍/專注力失調症:

早產兒患上過度活躍／專注力失調症的機會是一般兒童的三倍

  • 較大機會出現專注力失調問題

  • 低體重早產男孩在處理資訊時有較高機會出現警覺性不足問題
